What I Listened To This Morning 11/21/23

This album is slowly taking over my life.  I recently purchased my own Ronroco - it is a Bolivian lute with ten strings.  It has such a strange and mystical tone.  Gustavo claims he barely new how to play it when he made this record.  I beg to differ.  The melodies are so haunting - every track sounds like it could have been composed centuries ago.  My next album will feature the Ronroco prominently, for which I am permanently indebted to Gustavo.

I seem to be the only person on earth who prefers the Dead's mid 70's studio records to their live out put.  Likely a side effect of my ongoing sobriety.  Crazy Fingers is so good, I could listen to this whole album a thousand times and never get tired of it.

Anyone with a passing interest in the guitar should give this record a listen.
